Save the dates are typically printed at 5" × 7" or 4" × 6" and are most commonly printed on cardstock. They’re the first glimpse guests get of your wedding style and set the tone for everything to come.

A wedding invitation suite includes a 5" × 7" invitation paired with 3.5" × 5" RSVP or details card. These are printed on cardstock, and comes with a high-quality envelope (printed addresses). You can add a vellum wrap, band, or custom cut cards.

Wedding programs are most often printed as a 3.5" x 8.5" for the ceremony program and 5" x 7" folded for the reception program. Printed on lightweight to medium-weight cardstock.

Table numbers are typically sized at 5" × 7" or 4" × 6" and printed on sturdy cardstock or mounted material for easy display. They are designed to coordinate with your stationery.

Menu cards are commonly sized at

3.5" × 8.5" or 5" × 7" and printed on cardstock. Placed at each setting or shared per table, they add a refined finishing touch to your reception tablescape.

Place cards are most commonly sized at 3.5" × 2" when folded or 3.5" × 2" when flat and printed on premium cardstock. They guide guests to their assigned seats while adding a cohesive detail to your table settings.

Seating chart signs are usually created in sizes like 18" × 24", 24" × 36", or larger depending on guest count. Printed on foam board with a gloss or matte finish, they provide a clear and elegant way to direct guests to their tables.

Welcome signs are commonly produced in larger formats such as 18" × 24" or 24" × 36" and printed on foam board or acrylic. They greet guests as they arrive and set the tone for your wedding celebration.

SAVE THE DATES
roughly 6 months before

These let guests know your wedding date early, especially important for destination weddings or busy seasons. Printed cards, book marks, or postcards set the tone for your wedding style right from the start.

DAY-OF PAPER ITEMS
3-4 weeks before

Now’s the time to think through items like programs, menus, place cards, seating charts, and welcome signs. Even if final details aren’t set, planning early helps everything flow smoothly later.

WEDDING INVITATION SUITE
8-12 weeks before

This is the core stationery suite: invitations, RSVP cards, details cards, and envelopes. Starting early allows time for design, proofing, printing, addressing, and mailing without stress.

TABLE + SEATING
5-6 weeks before

Once guest responses come in, we can finalize seating charts, escort cards, or place cards. Table numbers and signage can also be printed now so they’re ready to go.

WEDDING DAY SIGNAGE
3-4 weeks before

This includes welcome signs, ceremony signs, bar menus, directional signs, and any custom statements or quotes. Printing at this stage ensures accuracy while leaving room for small changes.

FINAL TOUCHES
2-3 weeks before

PICK UP LOCALLY IN NORWICH
the week of the wedding

All print and sign items are completed, packed, and ready for pickup or shipment, giving you one less thing to worry about before the big day.

Programs, menu cards, favour tags, and any small add-ons are finalized here. This is also when we handle reprints or last-minute
signage needs.

We create custom designs based on your ideas. You’ll review proofs with options and request revisions until everything feels just right. We will match all of your stationery for a cohesive feel.

Once approved, your stationery will be printed. We offer matte, glossy, linen and shimmer paper finishes. For signage we most commonly use foamboard or acrylic.

Your completed items are ready for pickup locally in Norwich, ON or we can ship it directly to you. Need a few last-minute prints or updates? We’ve got you covered.

when should we get started?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for invitations and save the dates. Most couples begin the stationery process several months before their wedding, but we’re always happy to help with shorter timelines when needed.

do you offer rush orders or reprints?

Rush orders and reprints are available depending on timing and availability. If you need something quickly or require an update, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

can we provide our own artwork or files?

Yes! We can work with your own designs or digital files. Our team will review them to ensure they meet print specifications and make any necessary adjustments for the best results. We would need a pdf file with crop marks and print bleed.

can we order signage only?

Absolutely! You can order any print or sign products as needed, whether you need one sign or a full suite of wedding stationery.

do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely! While we have standard sizes for each product, we can create custom dimensions to perfectly fit your vision or theme.
