We are a growing, local sign and printing company located in Norwich, Ontario looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to help take our business to the next level.
As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations
of the business while helping shape its future growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Overseeing daily operations, production workflow, and project delivery
Leading and developing our in-house team (7 staff and growing)
Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service
Handling financial tasks including financial analysis and goals
Problem-solving operational challenges and improving efficiency
Implementing new tools and technology to streamline processes
Supporting the owner with business planning and growth initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
Experience in operations management is an asset
Accounting/finance experience (QuickBooks or similar is a strong asset)
Proven problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach
Comfortable with modern technology and learning new software
Leadership experience in a small-to-medium team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
